The GxP industry requires strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and is responsible for producing safe medications, nutritional products, medical devices, and biologics. Every single operator is responsible for providing safe, quality products to patients. To be successful, they must be armed with the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to perform this critical work.

Procedures and policies guide our work. However, a strong training program must also balance on-the-job training, competency assessments, and continuing education for operators.
